DISCUSSION:

Following the September 17, 2015 adoption of the RTP-SCS Public Participation Plan, staff prepared a presentation for Phase 1 (Attachment 1), and began scheduling and conducting stakeholder meetings. The purpose of this agenda item is to share this presentation with the

  • JTAC. Staff has scheduled and/or conducted stakeholder meetings with roughly half of the
  • rganizations listed in Appendix A of the RTP-SCS Public Participation Plan (Attachment 2).

Staff hopes to conclude this phase of the public outreach by the end of the calendar year. The Phase 1 Public Outreach Presentation and list of stakeholders are attached. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Fast Forward 2040 Phase 1 Stakeholder Outreach Presentation 2. Public Participation Plan Stakeholders List
