General Manager Gian Luca Fusetto is an internationally certified sommelier who has worked in premium establishments such as Ristorante Sadler in Beijing and The Dorchester in London. The wine list at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo is a solid collection
international wines, with a focus on Italy. It was further developed through the special collaboration with prestigious Italian wineries such as Gaja, Antinori and Moretti, that have given the restaurant the exclusive of selected vintages and wines. Most importantly, Mr Fusetto is always available in guiding the guests’ choice and recommending outstanding wine pairings based on the specific requirements.

The two smaller rooms can accommodate up to 10 guests each, with a long dining table set up. The larger private rooms can accommodate up to 14 guests with
imperial style table, and up to 30 with two long dining tables.
The Private Dining Rooms are priced based on a minimum charge that varies according to size and capacity.

The restaurant can be entirely booked for larger private events: dinners, cocktail parties, presentations, press conferences and combinations of the above. The maximum capacity for a seated dinner party is 80 guests. For the Privatization of the whole restaurant, the minimum charge is RMB 150,000 +10% all inclusive.
