indoor and outdoor space.
- Facilitate registration/variations for expansion to consistent
quality standards/requirements.
- Encourage flexible use of space and future proofing of all new
ELC infrastructure.
- Encourage inclusion of well designed outdoor space in all ELC
infrastructure
