The silver bullet to success in private practice? Our Yelp reviews say it all
Bill allows me to "test" different models of hearing aids before making financial commitments. This is HUGE, and one of the main reasons I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I meet who asks me about my hearing aids. It has been a wonderful experience because Bill has patiently worked with me to find the best solution that I could afford, and he came up with pair that are not only a dramatic improvement over the
- ld ones in both comfort and
performance, but also they can be upgraded later.
- Dr. Chalon loaned her a few
hearing aids to try for the
- week. My mother-in-law
found a hearing aid during this process and has been able to hear much better. It is rare that an audiology office will actually "loan" out hearing aids to test run. With much patience and guidance and support I learned quite a bit, as well as freely having months of testing various brands of hearing aids and devices. Adam is a patient and highly skilled technician in this field and with their demo policy I was able to try several different brands for an extended period of time to determine the right
- ne for my needs. They even allowed
me to demo two pairs at once so I could do side by side testing. Unlike Kaiser, they have allowed me to try out several state of the art aids, blue tooth and all, and I'm very impressed. Adam at Kenwood hearing was infinitely patient with me and allowed me to take them home and wear them in IN REAL LIFE - to see what I liked. He let me test many varieties until I found one I liked. I was allowed to "test drive" not one, but two different manufactures' devices over a month's time with no deposit or paperwork at all. Never was there any pressure on me to purchase, only to be satisfied. I loved that I could take trial hearing aids home and really see if they would make a difference in my life. I took three different pairs home, a week at a time, and settled on a pair that were visually discrete and are really helping me to hear better. He has a variety of manufacturers' products and he was generous with the number I could try and the length
- f time I was given to try them; and
Adam was very flexible with how I could try the various hearing aids he had available.
