Who Is The CRTC?
▪ Formed in 2015 from a vision of the Port of Port Angeles to:
➢ Meet the needs of the aerospace composites industry ➢ Kick start economic development in Clallam County
▪ Established as an independent a 501C3 not-for-profit enterprise ▪ This facility was built as a result of a collaboration between:
➢ US Federal Government – Economic Development Administration ➢ Washington State – DOC Clean Energy Fund ➢ Port of Port Angeles ➢ Clallam County ➢ City of Port Angeles
▪ CTRC leases this facility from the Port of Port Angeles
