Classroom Incentives

Students will receive COLT CHARACTER tickets “horseshoes” when they are caught meeting expectations. After a class has been awarded 30 horseshoes, the class will earn an incentive to be decided by the teacher. (pajama day, stuffed animal to school, etc.) One class incentive will equal 1 school wide horseshoe. Once the school earns 30 horseshoes, there will be a school wide incentive chosen by PBIS team. (popsicles, extra recess, etc.)

School-wide Incentives

To be eligible to participate in the schoolwide incentive, the student must have less than 5 behavioral detentions, 5 minors, or 1 major during the quarter. Students with more than 5 behavioral detentions, 5 minors, or 1 major will be sent to an alternate location for the duration of the incentive. (a dance, extra recess, popcorn, ice cream, popsicles, etc.).
