Write Out Your Basic Plot

  • Who is your character? (Most likely yourself)
  • What is/was your conflict that has been the
  • bstacle in the way of achieving your desire?
  • What is your desire? (To become a true

entrepreneur? To travel the world?) What desire do you want to sell to others?

Build Rapport Using Your Character

  • Make the character a victim of some outside force, so

that we want to root for them.

  • Put the character in jeopardy so that we worry about

them.

  • Make the character likable, so that we want to be with

them.

  • Make the character funny, so we connect with them.
  • Make the character powerful, so we want to be like them.

Introducing The Conflict

  • The New Opportunity - what event caused you to start

your new journey?

  • Change of Plans - I stopped doing Y to pursue Z.
  • Point of No Return - When or how did this become a

“Do or Die” situation?

  • Major Setback - Something happens to reveal that

almost all hope has been lost.

  • The Climax / Close - The setback is overcome, and

the character’s journey is complete. Their new life is revealed because of the new opportunity.

This story leads into your “bridge video” that you have

  • created. Make sure you connect the dots so that your

story and your “epiphany” make sense!
