majority of our resources fighting to preserve the rules and regulations and actions of the past.
We must honor it and celebrate, but we are
not required to be left behind trying to hold

Any change, even a change for the better, is always accompanied by drawbacks and discomforts.

If you want to change the culture, you will have to start by changing the organization.
Be the “agent” of change, not the victim. Be
seen as someone/some group willing to try someone new

frankly, we can’t afford not to do it.

Lincoln said, “My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure. ”
