Financing a franchise-system:

Government support: None, except OSEO program, which helps financing innovating project developed by small enterprises Other forms of financial supports : All French banks have created franchise department dedicated to finance entreprises developing through franchise system. Some franchisors develop financial support to recrute new franchisees.

There is no franchise law in France but franchisors have to respect a specific legislation called Loi Doubin (precontractual disclosure) Our federation have a Code of Ethics that our members have to strictly respect and to which jurisprudence refers.
