Up to 3 case studies drawn from NRS agencies’ existing work programmes Case studies from business and Regional Councils Conceptual framework to guide case studies

Lessons learnt from case studies and stocktake Potential or upcoming work to use/align with (incl. Science Challenges) Develop options for next steps

Who: Governance

The governance structure has 3 parts

Governance Board

Provides strategic

Advisory Group

Drives deliverables and provides input for the advice DIA, DOC, LINZ, MBIE, MfE, MPI, NRSSU, TPK, TSY

Coordination Hub

Coordinates and compiles advice NRSSU

How: Getting involved

We invite business to get involved – there are opportunities to participate in the governance and deliverables!

Governance structures

Governance Board: We would like one further member from business on the Board. Would you like to be that person? Advisory Group: Want to become a member and help drive, structure, review and advise?

Deliverables

Stocktake: Want to shape the terms of reference? Peer review? Or provide financial and/or in-kind support? Case studies: Want to put forward a case study? Or get involved with the government agency case studies?
