Contracting Process Review the Bid Solicitation Make sure you fully understand the following information:  When are bids due?  Where/how do I submit my bid?  Is there a pre-bid meeting scheduled?  If so, when and where?  What is the scope of work  Are there any specific requirements that need to be met to qualify for award?
