Our dampers are manufactured from corrosion- resistant ABS plastic. Insulating properties of this material prevent condensation making it ideal for use with heating/cooling air conditioning systems (temperature range 0- 65°C / 30-140 °F). Dampers serve as airflow capacity regulators in the

ducts. They control the air supply to the individual
users. These dampers are of the butterfly type and

allow adjustment of 90° from fully open to closed

position. 5 control methods are available:

Mechanical, electrical, thermostatic temperature

control. The thermostatic method allows to control

the dampers proportionally regarding the difference between the actual air temperature and the desired temperature.

MODULAR ROUND DAMPERS

Available from diameter 4” up to 14”, the dampers are designed for the direct connection to the flexible ducts or straight to the duct manifold of the A/C unit. The dampers of 14”, 12” (8” on request) feature an

and the damper shell is split into two halves which are joined together on site. These stack able dampers ship compactly- saving storage space and shipping costs. Assembly is simple: slide the web into the slot, press the halves together until they click and the damper is ready for use. conditioning. Consequently, with the decrease in heat or cool load, the evaporator fan speed will decrease, the compressor

will stop its operation and in parallel, the by-pass damper will fully open to drain surplus air volume in the system and make an easy start for the fan in the next operation cycle. The main board C-207 controls: the evaporator fan speeds,

DOUBLE DEFLECTION AIR SUPPLY GRILLES

The visible parts of the A/C system ducting are the air supply grilles covering the outlets which are usually wall-mounted near the ceiling and control the air distribution from the system (temperature range 0º up to 65ºC / 30 up to 140 ºF ). The air supply grilles consist of a row of adjustable louver blades in the front and a row of parallel blades in the back. In the front individual louvers are adjusted in each segment with a handle on the centre blade to adjust the air discharge angle in sideway direction. The back damper blades segment adjust the air discharge angle to up and down directions. Damper blades also control the air throw. Maximum airflow is obtained when blades are in straight position while a shorter throw is obtained when blades are in an inclined position. For a complete shut-off damper blades can be closed. For better distribution of the air we recommend to use our opposed blade dampers. The air supply grilles are made of non–toxic plastic ABS in standard glossy off-white color, preventing condensation, scratch and corrosion resistance, wipes clean, consistent color and wide range of colors availability. Sizes: double deflection supply grilles are built in a modular pattern and are supplied in 9 heights: 110, 150, 200, 220, 300, 330, 400, 440, 550 & 660 mm (4.5, 5.9, 7.9, 8.6, 11.8, 13, 15.7, 17, 21.5, 26” ).

RETURN AIR GRILLES

Our return air grilles with or without filter are manufactured by injection molding from ABS

plastic. This material is corrosion-resistant.

Insulating properties of ABS plastic prevent condensation making it ideal suitable for use with air conditioning systems both cool and heat (temperature range 0 to 65 °C / 30 to 140 °F). The attractive return air grilles blend in with room décor and can be mounted on the wall or the ceiling. Standard color is glossy off- white; other colors can be supplied for large quantities.

RETURN AIR GRILLES WITH FILTER

Return air grilles with filter are equipped with two pieces molded frames: outer frame for direct mounting to the wall or ceiling, inner removable frame with grille housing and filter drawer. Inner removable frame is always 20 mm. The filter has high resistance and is easy to clean (washable).

RETURN AIR GRILLES WITHOUT FILTER

Return air grille without filter are built from two

parts. The grille is injected as one piece unit which is

equipped with curved blades with 19 mm spacing and 30º down deflection and a frame. Three frame widths are available: narrow 20 mm, regular 30 mm and wide 40 mm. Other sizes available. Other sizes available.

STRIP LINE GRILLES

Plastic strip line grilles are used to accommodate architectural and aesthetic requirements. They are usually fitted in the side wall or to window sills and may be used for supply or return air applications. Louvers are of the fixed blade design. The “no drip” feature of the material used in their construction ensures elimination of condensate dripping. Additionally any RAL can be supplied. Our strip line adapters (plenums) are available as accessories for 4 to 9 slot versions and up. These are designed to save on additional fabrication and field labor costs by allowing for simple connection to flexible ducting

LINEAR SLOT DIFFUSERS

Our plastic linear slot diffusers provide a combination of engineering excellence and architectural appeal in a single product. The geometric plastic slot construction contributes to clean and crisp straight lines without affecting the air distribution performance. These products can be applied to ceilings or high side wall locations. Since these diffusers feature an adjustable supply air pattern, they are intended for pre-setting by the installer for optimum airflow performance. Our plastic slot diffusers are very suitable for VAV applications as they can maintain stable horizontal air patterns over a wide range of air volumes; even down to low airflow rates. Aerodynamically shaped pattern controllers contribute to the performance stability while providing a full 180° of air pattern adjustment. A choice of 3 slot widths is available. The number of slots can range from 1 to 10 all in one piece

construction. The manufacturing process allows that almost any length can

be accommodated. The standard color is white. Options to supply any recognized RAL color exist for special orders subject to minimum quantity requirements being satisfied.Our slot adapter (plenums) are available as accessories for 2 to 3 slot versions. These are designed to save on additional fabrication and field labor costs by allowing for simple connection to flexible ducting.

CEILING DIFFUSERS

Our ceiling diffusers are made by injection molding from ABS non-toxic plastic suitable for hot or cold air (0 to 65 °C / 30 to 140 °F). The attractive diffuser blends in with any white room decor, prevents condensation, has light weight and is scratch and corrosion resistant. Standard color is glossy off-white but other varieties of colors are available. The basic diffuser consists of three sections: the centre core, the frame and the adapter (plenum). The centre core distributes the air in a uniform distribution pattern. Low air discharge angles assure a draft free zone of occupancy. The out flowing air jet mixes rapidly with the room air, thereby equalizing temperature throughout the whole occupied space. The adapter determines the neck diameter and the frame determines face dimensions. Various neck and face dimension combinations are possible. Both neck diameter and face dimension are required for specification of diffuser size. The diffusers can be equipped with contiguously adjustable baffle damper. The baffle damper is subdivided into 3 lobes and is operated

Manually. The diffuser can be closed completely thereby shutting off space not in use. In the open position

the baffles are placed one behind the other obstructing only three narrow sectors which are 120° apart. Baffle opening and angular location of the lobes can be set by an easily accessible knob in the centre of the diffuser space. The diffuser fits the standard T-bar 595, 600and 625 mm or plaster ceiling. Our opposed blade dampers are available and recommended for better air flow control.

ADAPTERS (PLENUMS)

Adapters are used as connectors between supply grilles or ceiling diffuser and return air grilles on one side and to the flexible ducts in the other side. Large various combinations of adapters are available including different sizes and diameters of outlets to fit flexible ducts from 4’’-14’’. The connection to the flexible duct is either round or oval according to the size of the adapter. The various sizes of the adapters are of the various sizes of our grilles and are fit to contain opposed blade dampers for supply grilles or for ceiling diffusers. Adapters in angle of 90º as a solution for lack of space in the ceiling are also available. The adapters are manufactured by injection molding and from corrosion-resistant ABS plastic material. Insulating properties of this material prevent condensation making it ideal suitable for use with A/C systems that both cool and heat (temperature range 0 to 65ºC / 30º to 140 ºF). Special customer specifications are produced by vacuum forming as well as adapters for the indoor units of the existing A/C.

Our Y elbows are manufactured using corrosion-resistant ABS plastic. The insulating properties of which prevent condensation making them ideal for use with heating/cooling air conditioning systems (temperature 0 to 65°C / 30 to 140°C). Frequently ordered models are manufactured by injection molding; other models made to customer specifications are produced by vacuum forming. Y elbows are a convenient and simple connector for branch-offs from flexible ducts. Slide the flexible duct

ver the elbow end and fasten it with a plastic bend suited to this purpose. The elbow is fitted with a collar to

secure the flexible duct. Y elbows have an equal angle of 120° between the branches. Thus the outlet branches are symmetrical to the common inlet branch axis resulting in an equal pressure drop for both outlet branches. Outlet branches are either equal to inlet branches or smaller. These Y elbows are uniquely designed and the elbow shell is split into two halves which are joined together on site. These stackable Y elbows ship compactly – saving storage space and shipping costs. Assembly is simple: slide the web into the slot, press the halves together until they click and the elbow is ready for use.

Duct manifolds serve as the air conditioning system distribution box and are installed between main ducts and flexible ducts or between A/C unit and flexible ducts. The duct manifolds are right-triangular shaped with air inlet at the base and flexible duct connections on the sides

f the triangle. Each side can contain 1 to 4 connections of various sizes, thus allowing air

distribution to between 2 to 6 end users. The inside of the manifold is lined with a polyethylene foam insulating sheet that covers all branch connections. Openings intended to be used must be cut out. Additional branches may be added later by opening closed outlets.
