Description of the expected works to be realized

“Micro district” ground source heat networks retrofitted into existing

• properties. The existing night storage

heaters will be replaced with heat pumps which are connected to a ground source heat pump network system, harnessing support funding through a combination of the ECO & the Non Domestic Renewal Heat Incentive (RHI). A traditional ‘wet’ system will then be installed internally.
