Coastal Inundation Criteria • The minimum building finished floor levels to the current Sorell Interim planning scheme to meet a “low inundation criteria” is 2.5m *AHD • Detailed coastal engineering may provide wriggle room for 2.0m AHD • Images presented in December 2015 reflect 2.25m AHD • Overall height of buildings will be specified in Special Area Plan amendment proposal under the Planning Scheme *=Australian Height Datum

Business Development • Tasmanian Aboriginal Community • Globally recognised Tasmanian Aboriginal Cultural Centre – owned, managed and operated by Aboriginal Enterprise/s. • Requires a comprehensive investigation into the possibilities within the Tasmania Aboriginal Community to contribute and in fact assist with the delivery (inputs, structure and outputs) of this major investment opportunity. This is not just about seeking a ‘social’ licence, it’s so much more – this is about a new economic hub that’s viability depends upon resources within the Tasmanian Aboriginal Community, and • appropriate flexibility to encourage protocols that foster local and broader Aboriginal engagement and drive the exploration of further opportunities and regional growth. • Elements include: • Design and landscape formation • Naming of the ‘development’ • Commercial activities • Community services including education (curriculum of local school/s) • Broader connection with Aboriginal Art and Culture and high level presentation and promotion of Tasmanian and other Aboriginal Arts and Cultural practices • Common interpretation of Aboriginal and European interaction in the region • Consistencies with State and Federal Government policy initiatives in Aboriginal Affairs
