CONTINUE AS-IS = The proposed practice will meet the intention of one or more strategy; The suggestion does not need to be altered to successfully reach the goal of the health focus area. CONTINUE WITH REVISIONS = The proposed practice needs to be reviewed to successfully reach the intention of the focus area goals or strategies. A separate workgroup should be convened at a later date to work on the revisions. ELIMINATE = The proposed practice will not meet the intention of the focus area goals or strategies and should be eliminated.
