UPDATE EXTERIOR PAINT ($3,757 Total Cost)

  • Update existing exterior paint and trim, including windows.

PROJECT TOTAL: $3,757 GRANT AMOUNT REQUESTED: $1,878.50 91 SOUTH HIGH STREET – PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT

slide-30
SLIDE 30
  • Staff has identified that 91 South High Street does not meet the

Commercial Façade Improvement Program’s project threshold in terms of dollars spent ($10,000 project minimum). This would equal a minimum grant approval amount of 50% of the total project costs, or $5,000.

  • The proposed work does meet the “spirit” of the program,

encouraging investment into Historic Dublin properties, adding to the character and aesthetics within the district. This and similar projects alike, could help lead the way for future investments in the area.

  • Staff recommends the committee consider the application given

the building's highly visible location within the Historic District.
