MOUNTAINS ARE BARRIERS LOW FLEXIBILITY AND SPONTANEITY DECENTRALISATION

Normal bikes are not an alternative as this is too exhausting for normal commuting. Dependency on public transport timetables. The infrastructure is in the valley, but the housing areas are on the mountains.

TOO EXPENSIVE NO SAFE GROUND-LEVEL STORAGE TOO HEAVY FOR CARRYING INTO CELLAR

Many people can and do not want to buy an own E-Bike. There are hardly any safe ground-level storage facilities for these valuable E-Bikes. E-Bikes weigh over 20 kg and are difficult to carry into the cellar or the apartment.
