❖ ALL SERVICES ARE RAMP SERVICES ONLY

• All door delivery queries should be addressed to mby.trucking@cma-cgm.com.
• All door delivery movements will mention FPOD as ICD, FPOD cannot be consignee
• CEVA India will carry out the trucking & invoice to you for extended leg of ‘Door delivery’..

❖ ALL IMPORT SERVICES TO ICD ARE UNDER CARRIER HAULAGE

• Only few exceptions for MH allowed for Reefers and cargo to SEZ/ Other locations where there is no CH

service

• Unauthorized MH bookings will have to be cleared at POD

❖ TERRA IS THE REFERENCE FOR INLAND RATES

• Rates are valid for a maximum of 3 months and reviewed regularly, but if major revision in tariff then the

same is updated on TERRA with immediate effect.

• If rates are not available, do not book cargo and please contact mby.ibd@cma-cgm.com.
• Auto-freighting adds CAR50 automatically from TERRA even if FPD is not filed in advance in SQ

HAZ CARGO – ACCEPTANCE HAZ Cargo are accepted in ICD Delhi/Tughlakabad, and Patparganj but 50% additional surcharge applicable In Talegaon and Sonipat acceptance on case to case basis (MSDS required) Metal scrap is not accepted in ICD Kathuwas As per Indian Railway Resin, Carbon Black, Adhesives and 12 others are considered HAZ and not accepted in above ICDs (cf. TERRA in general remarks)
