Our goal as High School Counselor s is to help support both students and parents by making this transition from middle school to high school as easy and stress free as possible. We offer four PreAP classes and one AP class for 9th grader s.

• PAP English 1
• PAP Geometry
• PAP Biology
• PAP World Geography
• AP Human Geography

PreAP and AP classes are weighted on a 5.5 scale (PreAP) and 6.0 scale (AP).Regular classes are weighted on a 5.0 scale. We encourage student to only take the PreAP/AP classes in the subjects they enjoy and they do well in.

se a signed AP contract must be on file.

se will only be honored if there is space available in the substitute cour se/cour ses needed to complete a student’s schedule.

Students received registration information (red folders) January 28th – Deadline to return registration sheets to MS counselors Feb 4th-6th – RHHS counselors will be at Cain assisting students with registration Feb 6th-8th – RHHS counselors will be at Utley assisting students with registration Feb 12th-13th 11:00-1:00 – Parents are invited to visit with RHHS counselors in the counseling office at Heath for 2 presentations and Q&A RHHS Live: Prior to registration (date to be communicated in the coming days), RHHS counselors will hold an ONLINE evening event to discuss registration, graduation requirements, and answer parent questions in real-time.
