The School Bill is the entire process of managing the billing of enrichment programmes and school charges. This is being rolled out progressively by MOE to all schools and is targeted for full implementation by 2019. MOE is introducing the Edusave Enrichment Programme Standing Order (EPSO) prior to the School Bill.
