Objectives of the Strategic Overlay Plan
- Work with the community to understand
concerns and desires for their neighborhoods
- Identify transit-supportive economic
development opportunities and land use changes
- Develop a final plan that contains land use,
affordable housing, and economic development recommendations that will help the CCL successfully meet community needs
