What is a Neighborhood Park?

Minimum of 2 to 20 acres Serves an immediately adjacent neighborhood Serve a population of 1.5 acres per 1,000 people Does NOT contain parking or restrooms facilities Passive amenities – picnic shelters, benches, walking trails Informal uses – casual walking/hiking/biking, multipurpose fields, playgrounds, etc.
