  • Common Complaints

– Rose Kids selling roses, causing disturbance, blocking business entrance, harassing customers, leaving trash, blocking sidewalk – Trespassing and damaging trees

  • More serious complaints

– Going through apartments next to business and throwing items down on customers – Rose kids crea4ng diversion while one tried to grab a woman’s wallet – Rose kids stealing a moped, something stolen by rose kid – 12 to 15 rose kids selling roses and harassing customers – Rose kid tried to sneak into cash drawer – Rose kids in the stairwell and spiYng on people
