Cabling news

  • DEC, waiting for manpower to help identify all old cable to be removed from

BI.DIS system, with in mind keeping a few that the current BI.DIS

  • uses. Estimation of cables to be removed, approximatively 500.
  • DIC, on-going, I believe we have till end 2015 for finalizing the document,

however and in the meantime , an estimate of approximatively 200 cables (including inter-rack cables) has been made

  • DIR, the controls racks and positioning has been devised and sent to EN/EL
  • DIF, Optic fibers to be sent shortly for the optic fibers between racks and PFN’s

units.
