  • High-level Ministerial Conference held in Feb 2012
  • The Directors General of Civil Aviation and senior officials of eleven

States participated in the Preparatory Meeting, held in Manama, Bahrain on 27 & 28 June 2012. At the conclusion, the eleven States agreed to a declaration asking ICAO to establish the Cooperative Aviation Security Program-Middle East Region (CASP-MID)
