Dear Residents, Our Construction Manager has already met with you and disclosed what items must be moved

  • r cleared out. It is your responsibility to have this done ahead of time so that we can begin

working without delays. Please store all items in a safe place as to avoid damaging them. Refrigerators and washer and dryers must be relocated to the middle of the rooms to work around them. When moving large items we recommend using cardboard to protect your floors from any damage. If you are unable to move an item that interferes with the progress of the work, your signed authorization to proceed is required on this document as we are unable to move items without a signed release of liability. By signing this document, you agree to release DM Construction Services, Powerstone Property Management, Design Build Associates, and the Casafina Maintenance Corporation from any and all responsibilities for damages that may occur to any items we move for you or the areas that we move them to or from. If you are not the owner of the property, you hereby certify that you have notified the owner and that they are aware of and approve your signature
