Thoughts from HR professionals…

If you would like a “do over” on an earlier question, ask at the end if you can do that. If asked about salary expectations, ask what the range is and then provide an answer. Be nice to everyone – you are being judged as soon as you walk through the door! Arrive at least 10 minutes early to make sure you are on time.

More thoughts from HR professionals…

Research the company! Demonstrate what you have learned in your answers. If asked about a weakness, share one and note what practice you put into place to minimize its appearance. Include your accomplishments in your responses to demonstrate your achievements. Show your enthusiasm and state why you want to work there!
