Anglican Communion Marks of Mission

• 1. To proclaim the Good News of the

Kingdom

• 2. To baptize, teach and nurture new

believers

• Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,

That saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found, Was blind, but now I see.

• T'was Grace that taught my heart to

fear. And Grace, my fears relieved. How precious did that Grace appear The hour I first believed.

• Through many dangers, toils and

snares I have already come; 'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far and Grace will lead me home.

• The Lord has promised good to me.

His word my hope secures. He will my shield and portion be, As long as life endures.

hallow the deaths of martyrs, hallow their holy freedom, hallowed be your name.

• 5. Your kingdom come,

your Spirit turn to language, your people speak together, your Spirit never fade.

• 6. Let there be light,
• pen our hearts to wonder,

perish the way of terror, hallow the world God made.
