Doug Orr has worked at Natomas Unified for the past 17 years. He has been a teacher, school site principal and an education center leader including Assistant Superintendent

  • f Human Resources. Currently, Doug leads K-8 and elementary education in addition

to leadership of Facilities and Strategic Planning. As a Natomas student himself, Mr. Orr has been in a position to watch and take part in the growth and planning in Natomas.

Brett Mitchell manages a $2.4 billion dollar capital improvement effort. Brett has taught math and physics, was a high school principal and now a director in San Juan. He specializes in education administration and organizational leadership; this unusual combination of experience gives Brett a unique ability to manage school district capital improvement interests from both an educator and builder mindset.

  • Dr. Todd Cutler is currently serving as the Superintendent of Winters Joint Unified

School District. Todd began his education career teaching and coaching at both the middle school and high school levels. He began his school administration career in 1998 and has served in an array of positions. He has been a Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, Principal, School Improvement Analyst, Administrative Coach, Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent.
