Betty’s Garden was established in the memory of one of our special tenants who suffered from Alzheimer’s for over 7 years. At that time, there were no specialized care units for her and she ultimately had to be admitted to a skilled nursing facility for her care. As with many who suffer from dementia and not in the proper setting and programming, her Alzheimer’s led to other care concerns. Betty’s Garden provides a safe and secure environment for those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
