Bachoco Financial Information In 1997 the capital was 600 millions of Stocks Serie B and L. Currently, all of them are Serie B, with full rights. 82.75% of the stocks were in control of the Robinson Bours family , managed by two trust funds. In December of 2013, we issued, a secondary offer, 9.5% of the total shares of the Company through the Mexican Stock Exchange. There is a strict adherence to the code of best practices, as recommended by the Mexican stock and the National Banking and Stock Commission (CNBV).
