Obstacles of project starting and running

Realization

  • f

the project requires substantial funding (municipality’s budget of 2009 has been decreased), but return of Mark Rothko Art Centre would be long‐term.

Accessibility – far from capital city Riga (the importance of

Daugavpils airport development). Development of high quality public transport network.

Large and visually unattractive territory; currently nothing to see

there.
