How do I, as an Arts Liaison, convey that the ARTS ARE ESSENTIAL to any successful school?
- Participate in schoolwide events
○ Family nights (Reading, Math, Science, STEM), Science (STEM) fairs, neighborhood walks, assemblies, incentive programs, etc.
- Join school committees
○ Instructional Leadership Team, Continuous Improvement Work Plan Team, Culture and Climate Team, Grade Level Team, etc.
- Present State of the Arts data to your fellow educators
○ School Improvement Days (Feb 2 or April 13), committee meetings, LSC/PAC meetings
