  • Cut-through traffic: south and north of Clegg; Echo at Ascension
  • Inadequate enforcement of restrictions
  • Different cut-through problems in 2016

  • 16 requests for minor variances reviewed and commented
  • Support neighbourhood OMB appeals (99 Greenfield; 43 Chestnut; Infill 2)
  • CDP / Secondary Plan implementation:
  • Ongoing engagement with Domicile and Regional Group
  • Neighbourhood charrettes for North of Queensway and Archville to be planned
  • Extensive participation in the review of Infill 2:
  • Second phase of “Mature Neighbourhoods” Bylaw, but city wide
  • Changes made to allowable building heights, rear and side yard setbacks
  • OMB appeal regarding height of triplexes in R3 neighbourhoods
  • Now in Monitoring phase for both infill bylaws.
  • Planning committee is growing:
  • 2 volunteers each needed for Spenceville and Rideau Gardens
  • 1 volunteer needed for south of Clegg east of Main
