ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2019 Catalyst- CUMI’s unique program on Mentoring, was launched in December. It’s a flexible and self-initiated program where any employee can reach out to a Mentor from a pool of Mentors. For preliminary mentor interaction, two hour Mentor Marathon was initiated. More such mentoring chats planned for 2019-20 so employees are able to leverage this program for their guidance and growth.
