  • Iliotibial Band

– Myofascial stripping with palm, fist & forearm – Braced thumbs (with or without movement)

Prone Techniques

  • Gluteus Maximus & Piriformis

– Fist Compression – Compression while internally & externally rotating leg – Finger tips along sacral border – Finger tips along posterior greater trochanter – Elbow through posterior hip – MFR along attachment into ITB

Prone Techniques

  • Hamstrings

– MFR - pin & stretch – Forearm & elbow up hamstring – Elbow & origin of hamstrings @ ischial tuberosity

– Palpate & treat trigger points – Pin & lengthen psoas – Stretch off side of table
