NEW BUSINESS

  • Storage of club property after June

– Payment for remainder of 2020 would be ~$900 – If club elects a different option, several volunteers will be needed to assist with movement, disposition and/or storage of club property

  • IT Committee requests funding for AWS credits and domain renewal

(website & CRM)

– ~$300 for AWS credits (worth $2,000) and domain renewal

  • Nominations Committee members and Co-Directors needed!

Field Day 2020 Plan

  • One day for K4KNS “in the field” – learning opportunity!

– Camp Tanglewood, Saturday, June 27th – Setup begins at 9 AM, operate 2 PM – 8 PM, teardown complete by 10 PM – Fully observing health and safety protocols – Meals at nearby restaurants or delivery/carry out

  • Consider setting up a portable station at home using emergency power (Class E)

with your callsign on Sunday

– Use the club repeater(s) for home operators to maintain contact with each during the event – You may include that you are affiliated with the Amateur Radio Club of Columbia County when you submit your personal Field Day log

  • Additional details will be shared via the website, Facebook page, email, and net

announcements

  • To volunteer as a member of the Field Day Committee, or for more information,
