aged 1-4 declined significantly

• Net primary enrolment rate rose

to 96%

improved; budgetary frameworks need to be strengthened

40% of children in need (now 24%) contributing to reducing child poverty

• Net pre-primary school enrolment

rate for Roma children will rise from 55% to 75%

reduced from 179 to 105 (per 100,000

population aged 14-17)

will be reduced from 84 to 42 (per 100,000

practices with other countries will increase five-fold
