important, It's major cities are, Jasper, Florence, Oxford and many others. It's number of counties are 67. The surrounding states are Florida,miss,Georgia, Tennessee!

Alabama River, Tennessee River and Chattahoochee River. Also it's large lakes are Guntersville Lake, Wilson Lake, Martin Lake, West Point Lake, Lewis smith Lake. It's highest point is Cheetah Mountain at 2,407ft. The National parks are Blue spring, Desoto, Gulf, Monte scino, Oak Mountain, Which is the largest National park and Horseshoe Bend National Military park.
