while maintaining scale of housing to neighborhood

One Small Design Move:

• Clinton Chapel meditation gardens, outdoor wedding

space, etc. on underutilized parking lot

• Restore alleys: remove wild growth to create pedestrian

network, public space connecting neighborhood and

• greenway. Can include art, stormwater management, etc.
