Compliance Checklists Onboarding Checklist – sent to new trainees • Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) training – Online modules – Upload certificate of completion in New Innovations • Resident As Teachers & Leaders (RATL) – Online modules • Sleep, Alertness, and Fatigue Education in Residency (SAFER) – Online modules – Complete evaluation in New Innovations • Impaired Physician – Online modules – Complete evaluation in New Innovations • Written Assessment of Undergraduate Medical Students in Clinical Clerkships – Online modules

Compliance Checklists Advancement Checklist – sent to current housestaff annually • Resident As Teachers & Leaders (RATL) – Online modules • Sleep, Alertness, and Fatigue Education in Residency (SAFER) – Online modules – Complete evaluation in New Innovations • Impaired Physician – Online modules – Complete evaluation in New Innovations

Request for Elective GME Rotation to Non-McGaw Institution • Please submit 45-60 days prior to the start of the rotation • Include overseas rotation acknowledgement, waiver and release with initial requests for all international rotations • Approval from – Program Director, Dr. Goldstein, Jim Dersnah • Once approved please work with Rob Christopher regarding the Program Letter of Agreement (PLA), the PLA can also be sent with the request
