  • Outreach plan and approach
  • Outreach engagement/involvement (who, what when, how)
  • Outreach follow up (decline/accept)

Pass/Fail Review:

  • Small Business Outreach Engagement graded on a Pass/Fail

basis

  • Proposals that do not meet this outreach requirement will be

rejected
