• Goods, services, processes, system and personel that

have been in compliance with SNI are eligible to have certificate of compliance or SNI mark

• Conformity assessment activitiy to comply with SNI

requirements must be done by KAN-accredited conformity assessment bodies (CAB)

• Recognition of competency of CAB from exporting

countries is done by bilateral or multilateral recognition agreement following reciprocal principle
