Overview of products in Arvind KaiGO RO, UF and NF Membranes KaiGO is an authorized distributor for Hydranautics, one of the most technologically advanced manufacturers of membranes worldwide. It is highly energy saving and low fouling on account of its composite polyamide membrane. We offer RO, UF and NF membranes in various sizes as per specification. MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor) KaiMBR is a combination of membrane processes like UF with the ASP process. It has a small footprint, easy retrofit and enables upgrade. USPs – Symmetric TIPS PVDF technology manufactured in-house, long membrane life, lower energy consumption due to double decker skid design, extreme pH and oxidant tolerance to remove severe fouling. MCF (Micron Cartridge Filter) KaiCF cartridge is constructed of thermally bonded polypropylene microfibers to ensure high efficiency. The filter incorporates a rigid polypropylene center core for increased collapse strength and durability. USPs – Quick lock system, multi porting, mirror finish internal diameter, meets ASME standards FRP tanks KaiTank FRP Pressure vessel is a container made of Fiber reinforced plastic designed to hold filter media at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure. Overview of products in Arvind KaiGO High pressure pump KaiPUMP can be used to convey a variety of mediums from tap water to industrial liquid at diverse temperatures and with different flow rates and pressure. It can be used for both positive and negative displacement application. USPs – Pump casing thickness is 1.5 mm compared to 1.0 mm, Top and bottom casings are made of SS304 investment casting, Cartridge type & split type mechanical seal is given as option, Pump shaft has 4-grooves for fitment of impellers Motorized Dosing pump KaiDOSE motorized dosing pumps are driven by an electrical motor which is generally coupled outside the pump and suitable for larger volume dosing application. KaiVALVE can be provided as manually operated or be automated (with Actuator, Pneumatic or Hydraulic) USPs – Available from 1” to 40” in size and 150# to 2500# Class, meets universal defined standards BS / API / ASME / AWWA. Types available - Gate/Glove/Check/Butterfly/Ball/NRV/Diaphragm/Strainer Multi port valves KaiMPV offers a variety of functions with a simple twist of the valve handle. Overview of products in Arvind KaiGO DAF The KaiGO DAF is high efficiency two phase separation machine which removes the suspended solids, grease, oil and the non-non soluble organics. This is combined process of flocculation and floatation. It replaces the traditional gravity clarification method giving an advantage of speed, lower footprint, consistent effluent quality and lower sludge volume due to higher solid concentration in it. USPs – Prefabricated and preassembled leading to minimum site erection time, guaranteed 90% TSS reduction, compact and modular design. MBBR KaiMBBR has 3 variants – PVA, Biochip and PU media, with surface areas ranging from 3000 m2/m3 to 47000 m2/m3. The surface characteristics make them highly resistant to wear and tear and a life of > 5 years. Due to the high surface areas, you will be able to design for much smaller tanks reducing capex, footprint and PV maintenance. USPs – Various plate MOCs (PP/CI/SS), range of sizes, option for manual/hydraulic operation, long life Belt press and thickeners KaiBELT is rapidly turning out to be a good alterative to the manual Filter press. Fully automatic with option for thickener, it gives upto a 30% solid consistency at outlet.
