MOC points every 5 years

  • Complete patient survey & patient safety modules every 5

years

  • Pass MOC exam by December 31, 2023 (10 years)

1.Finish out your individual 10-year MOC cycles for Parts II & IV, and MOC exam. Any points earned after January 1, 2014 will apply to those you need to maintain your existing certification and to be “Meeting MOC Requirements”. 2.On January 1, 2014, new MOC requirements apply to you 3.To be reported as “Meeting MOC Requirements”
