• 1. Gyratory Multi Deck Screens

Gyratory Screen generated by a double eccentric weight mounted on both ends of a special vibratory motor mounted vertically. The machine performs any size based separation with the use of wire mesh or perforated sheet. During the process, the products smaller than the mesh aperture falls through the mesh and the oversize materials gets discharges from the outlet spout . The process repeats in the lower deck/s in the case of multi desk screening. Pelletizers are the equipment of choice when uniform pellet size and ease of control are important when converting powdered materials into round spherical pellets of 500 micron to 20 mm diameter. A rotary drum granulator, a kind of fertilizer equipment, is mainly used to complete granulation process during compound fertilizer production processes. Firstly, add raw materials into the drum. Then the materials will rotate along with drum rotation. Finally, the materials will form into granules under the condition that a certain humidity and temperature is provided.

• 1. Silo

Silos are used in many solids handling processes by a wide range of industries. The

• bjective of all silo designs is to obtain reliable and controllable flow of particulate

solids in such processes. However, the fact is that various problems in solids flow

• ccur very frequently in many solids handling processes.

No flow takes place when the outlet of the silo is opened. A stable arch that prevents flow is formed above the outlet. This may happen both with fine powders and coarse solids, and is generally attributed to the development of cohesion in the solids or to mechanical interlocking.

• 2. Pneumatic Blending Silo

Pneumatic blending is one of the quickest, cleanest and most efficient methods to

• btain homogenous batches of powdered, granular, or abrasive materials in

transporters, atmospheric bins, or storage silos. Unlike a conventional blender, a pneumatic blender puts the user in control by providing the ability to customize a blend. Pneumatic Blenders are equipped with either six or twelve wear-resistant aerators mounted around a housing cone. When the aeration valves are pulsed, gentle blasts of compressed air are injected into the center of an unblended batch at various angles to gently lift the materials upward and outward until the blending target is achieved.

1.Rotary Table Feeder Rotary Table Feeder will consist of a power driven circulated plate rotating directly below a hopper / bunker. A feed collar located immediately above rotating table used in conjunction with an adjustable plough, determines the volume of material discharged. The lower edge of the feed collar will be parallel to the table with a predetermined gap from table top. This arrangement permits equal quality of material to flow under the collar and spread over the table as it resolves. The material is then ploughed off into the discharge chute. 1. Ribbon Blender Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator rotating within. Ribbon Blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast efficient blending. The dimensions and configuration of the ribbons are carefully balanced to provide a movement of material within the container that avoids dead spots and gives rapid product discharge. The outer ribbon displaces the material from the ends to the center while the inner ribbon moves the material from the center to the ends. This counter-current action results in homogenous blending. The Muller type mixer provides additional mixing forces over that of more conventional mixers to assure that the total mixture prepared is of uniform

push particles into place without crushing, grinding, or distorting the ingredients. The result is a final mixture of truly uniform consistency in both physical and chemical structure. The weight, and thereby the mixing efficiency, is controlled through a spring suspension arrangement

All Pan Mixers in our range can be fed via a variety of methods including a bucket rail system or conventional conveyor belt and radial scrapers. Larger models are fitted with dual mixing sequence and double rotation mixing arms giving a fully homogenized mix within 60 seconds.

Erkensator and Solemnity Separator: Erkensator is separate mineral’s slurry in two ways. It separate minerals on their properties of bulk density and weight. Heavy weight particles come out from downward outlet and light weight particles come out from upward outlet. Solemnity Separator is a kind of separating machine that classifies big and small mineral granules. It works according to the fact that different granules (with various sizes and weight) sink at different speeds in liquids. It can filter powders grinded from mill and rotate the course materials to the feeding hole of the mill and discharge filtered fine materials though the overflow pipe.
