Some big ideas to take forward: ü Grow the culture of peer support - create more opportunities for people to connect with peers ü Act earlier and more joined up to ensure we avoid social issues becoming wellbeing issues ü Invest in people’s networks - expanding our notion of network beyond just family ü More listening to understand need and people’s desired outcome, not imposing ‘our’ solution and outcome ü Grow our reach of Living Well Network and access in colleges, housing, employers, pubs etc. ü Foster a culture of openness, compassion and support for mental health across all services and communities ü Invest in people’s aspirations passions and strengths ü Listen to and act on the insights and ideas in our communities ü Help people make a plan to stay well and thriv e, not just to prevent relapse ü Give people the power to integrate their own care and support around them ü Make the experience of our services one of kindness, inclusion and friendliness ü Build a better understanding of the support and opportunities available beyond our own services and help people better connect with it Supported by:
