Meeting the 5 Key Objectives

1. Assist Downstate in exiting the provision of clinical services at the LICH campus. 2. Operation of a health care facility or health services on all or part of the LICH campus, consistent with the health care needs of the community. 3. Continuation of an academic affiliation with Downstate 4. Sale of the Property at no less than the current market values and satisfaction of liabilities attendant to such Property. A proposal to purchase less than all the Property will be considered provided it meets the objective of satisfying the liabilities attendant to all the Property. 5.
