Annual Membership Meeting | Owner Director Ms. Valerie Jackson re-elected Sixth Amendment to the Community Charter for Marley Park | Removal of property Phase 4/5 Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Marley Park Phase 4/5 | Meritage Homes of Arizona, Inc. 2018 Owner Directors Election In accordance with the recording with the Sixth Amendment to the Community Charter for Marley Park, the total number of lots in the community master plan has been reduced from 3,782 to 1,846. As of January 18, 2018, the Founder announced the community master plan has been reduced from 1,846 to 1,820. Owner’s Right to Vote An Owner’s right to vote shall be automatically suspended without further action of the Board of Directors if the Owner’s account is delinquent by more than ninety (90) days.
