Frequently Asked Questions • What does it cost? • The cost of retirement living here at Compass Park is very competitive with, and sometimes lower than, other senior living facilities • Vast majority of residents choose NOT to give up their assets and instead pay a reasonable entry fee and monthly fee covering all expenses and assuring care for life • Members who have limited assets will always have an opportunity to apply for residency at Compass Park • If you have any questions please ask a representative • What is the minimum age? • The minimum age in our senior living community is 55. Frequently Asked Questions • Why do part of my annual dues go to support Compass Park? • Every Freemason in Indiana contributes a small amount annually • Compass Park will be a choice for Indiana Freemasons and members of Eastern Star when they are seeking a retirement community • Fraternal Support from dues covers about 4.5% of the operating budget of Compass Park • This support will help perpetuate Compass Park Laying The Foundation For The Next 100 Years 2 3
